Sunday Paintball Turns 3!
I cannot believe I am thanking everyone again for the 3rd time, but it has arrived once again. Never gets old.
Sunday Paintball Clothing held its 3rd year anniversary over the weekend with a party on Friday night with all my friends. Oh yes, kegs were involved, wild and crazy Scottsdale girls, and of course all my closest friends I have met through the years. Followed by a small little tournament held on Sunday with a turnout of 36 players for this event. Had a lot of fun showing people my side of life with paintball and casual life.
We introduced 3 new shirt designs to celebrate the 3 years that are available to purchase at www.sundaypainntbal.com/products.htm, part of the new Sunday’s Finest collection. What is Sunday’s Finest collection? It is a special edition of Sunday Paintball Clothing with being printed on the best t-shirts the industry has to offer right now. They are printed on American Apparel t-shirts which are the most expensive t-shirts you can buy. They are ultra soft and more fitted with the intention of making more of a shirt you can wear out on the weekend nights on.
Thanks to everyone that has still supported me through the years as this has been a great project of mine from its roots with t-shirts being sold out of a backup at local fields to stores finally starting to carry shirts. I could not have done it without a lot of people.

Sunday Paintball’s 3rd Anniversary Tournament June 24th
Sunday Paintball Clothing sold its first shirt out of backpack at a local field named Game On back in the early summer of 2004. Now, Sunday Paintball Clothing has made its name in the clothing industry of the sport of paintball and wants to give back and PARTY!!!
Mickey from Sunday Paintball Clothing with the help of local paintball legend Oscar Cota, will host a 3 year anniversary tournament/event. Cowtown Paintball has recently leveled out and graded their existing speedball fields and it looks amazing! The tournament will be played on JT Sup Air Fields. The tournament will be a 4-man Xball style tournament. PSP mode is required for the event. Games will be 5 minutes long for the encouragement of fast play style in an effort to make paintball fun again! Each team will play 5 games and the winners with the highest point total wins!
Prizes will be handed out through 3rd place with t-shirts of the new designs. Other things are being worked out as well. But then again entry tee is only $100!
There will be FREE HOT DOGS and DRINKS to all the players, a t-shirt for every member of a team and a giveaway during the day, Sunday Paintball booth will be set-up with all old shirts $10 and new ones $15 (3 new designs will be released at the event).
Sunday Paintball is always about living life to the fullest like everyday is your last. We live with the motto of “No Worry’s”. While this is a tournament, it will in no way be an NPPL event or whatever. It will be played with all professionalism and camaraderie. Egos, fights and drama will be left at home. This will be a laid back tournament with 3 refs per a field with the idea of just playing PAINTBALL. We are not out there to argue or anything else but with the simple idea of HAVING A SAFE AND FUN TIME!
I want everyone that I have played paintball with and who have influenced me in life to attend this event. From all you old school players out there to people I have recently met. This is a chance for all of us to be at one place at the same time and share our passions for the game.
Price - $100 for a 4-man team

Another new shirt design to vote for!
Wow, slow me down or something...or actually don't because I am making some awesome shirt designs that I think you will all like. I am excited about making these new high quality shirts, so I have been working a little harder on designs for you guys. You guys be looking so fresh and so clean this summer at the bbq's, parties, or chillen in the these new tee shirts. A little more fancy so you guys can wear em out unlike most other paintball clothes.

Summer is finally here!
Summer is finally here for me! Finished up my sophmore year at Scottsdale Community College, such good times there. Anyways, glad it is summer now with nothing buy partying, making t-shirts, and chillen is all on my schedule so far. This summer is going to be a very different one from me. I am getting older and being a kid is getting harder and harder as it comes I guess with growing up. Going to have a lot of fun as well this summer with the new Sunday Paintball team we got going with all of my best friends. I will post some photos from the crazy times this summer for sure. Make sure you all live it up and live everyday to the fullest with no regrets.

Shirt is called Mickey's Summer. The words above the barrel read "I live for Sunday's" and on the pack is "Mickey aka Mr. Sunday".The photo on the shirt is of me, Mickey, the owner of Sunday Paintball Clothing. It is titled Mickey's Summer because I am planning on going all out this summer on everything. I love summer so much, it means a lot to me and I love doing what I still do in Sunday Paintball just keeping it true to the players.
I think I am going to start using way better shirts, made by American Apparel, the fine jersey tees, because I think everyone likes those way more than just the Beefy Tees from Hanes we use now. The shirts are real thin, but they print better and fit the body better and are way nicer material. The price will go up a little, but you guys know Sunday Paintball, we ain't going to make a big buck on ya.

Make a team with your friends
If there is one thing that has meant to the most to me in playing paintball for over 7 years now it is now having the opportunity in life to have formed a team with my best friends and play paintball on from there. I have been on numerous teams throughout my paintball career where I would meet up with my teammates, usually much older in age since I am only 20 now, play paintball on the weekends and that is it due to age difference. With playing with all my best friends and I do mean all 7 of them, makes it easier for a team to run and you have the most fun because I chill with all these dudes during the week. My best friend and I have been trying to do this for awhile, but either both of us were in and out of playing paintball on a regular basis or I have always busy with my other team's to form my own, but I finally did get the chance and we have been playing together for only 4 months and doing pretty well for sure.
My advice to you is...if it is possible, form a team with all your best friends and start from there. While everyone might be at different playing levels, friends can be coached and trained to become better versus a random good player you try and throw on a team. Inspire people to become better than they are and it is a truly magical thing to watch everyone get better with you. I cannot wait for our first out of state tournament!

Mickey from Sunday Paintball @ XPSL Event #2
Mickey from Sunday Paintball Clothing will be at XPSL Event #2 in San Bernardino this weekend from Thursday the 26th to hopefully Sunday to be playing in the semi's. I will be a guest superstar on Bloodhounds in Novice division or whatever they call it these days. Look for me out there to chit chat or say what up. I will not have any shirts on me, but I will have stickers.
Hope to see a lot of old faces out ther, but also excited to meet some new ones.

Photos from Desert Cup V!
Photos from Desert Cup V were done by Dana Collins of Invivid Color Photography. Dana drove up from Tucson for the event and took some breathtaking shots of this tournament. I was blown away by his amazing camera that cost well over $1000. Check out the photos from Dana's Website @ www.invividcolor.photoreflect.com and you can purchase them for a nominal fee. Believe me, he has put in well over 40 hours of work plus the cost to drive up from Tucson so don't complain about cost, he didn't have to do this at all and you could have the photos your mom took with her little Cannon Powershot, nothing compares to his work.

Sunday Paintball Takes 4th @ Desert Cup V!

Thanks to everyone and the hard work that was put in this year Desert Cup V! I know our team Sunday Paintball had a blast playing against the utmost of classy teams in Arizona on Sunday! the environment was positive, the weather was AMAZING, and the food was pretty spectacular as well. While we can all sit back at the end of the day and argue about reffing calls and what not, its just wasted time and energy to actually do that, you only hear that from the teams that lose events.
Thanks to all the people that bought a shirt and kicked it with me on this fine Sunday. I really do enjoy going out there and helping people pick out shirts for themselves and others. It makes me feel good that I actually make a difference in this horribly run industry of paintball.

(Pay it Forward)
Probably one of the best movies that I have seen in a long time! I have been a in a slump with people as of late because I feel sometimes I am one of the few nice people left on earth. I am always doing random acts of kindness and always helping out not only fellow paintballers, but also just putting a smile on my face everyday! Ya, that is probably being over exaggerating, but everyday I go to my great life at community college, all you see is negativity in people come out. People blow up on each other for not knowing the answer right away in class, don't hold the door open, and never talk to you even though you sit next to them. It's sad to see what our lack of manners have come to these days in this country. We have so much to live for in this country; just waking up everyday is something I look forward too. Many regions of the world they go to bed fearing for their lives with no basic necessities such as beds and bathrooms…but yet we complain about traffic and dumb stuff. Give life and people a chance, you use more energy being mean to people than being happy.
What I am getting at is let the trifles blow over you and ask yourself, what is the worst that can happen? It probably isn't that bad after you actually STOP what you are doing and THINK.
EVERYONE GO OUT AND WATCH PAY IT FORWARD (2001), you will have a different outlook on life and who knows, maybe it will make the world better…

Sunday Paintball Clothing is proud to be the head sponsor for Desert Cup V this year! Desert Cup Arizona is about is as Arizona as you can get for tournament paintball. The stage was set 5 years ago with the first Desert Cup. Now times have changed and locations have, but it is the same great tournament.
This year there is a 3-Man Open, 3-Man Young Gun, and 3-Man Pump Class

Sunday's Finest is born and Sunday Paintball dominate
NXe Paintball and 23BPS put on a local tournament in Avondale Arizona called the Booya. A new Sunday Paintball team was formed as another took 3rd place. Congradulations to Sunday Paintball or Left Out as they were named for the event. One of the best example of a team and how to act and play together and still have fun. They are the act to follow.
Sunday's Finest is a team that myself and my best friend's threw together for the event with guest superstar Pep Escutia of formely Avalanche and Bob Long's Assassins. Check out his line of clothing @ Pistolero Industry First event and got a solid 8th, but the team was formed and ready to do better.
Sunday's Finest is also now going to be an exclusive line of Sunday Paintball products that will be a notch better than our normal product. With great demand our jerseys that we wore in the tournament, Sunday's Finest will be making a team shirt for those that would like to be a party of this elite group of Sunday Paintball killers.
